My kid takes it to places where he can't have screens. It keeps him busy and he can share it with other kids. It encourages him to use his imagination. He comes to me every 5 minutes to show how he "improved" the suggested designs. I even enjoy playing with him. I consider it a sensory toy and find it entertaining when I try to balance the tiles while I talk or watch TV.

The magnets are a lot stronger than I'd anticipated which is great, your designs stay in place snugly. You get 61 bright, colorful pieces to build with. Age recommended was 3+ and I agree that's perfect that way your kids won't try to eat or potentially choke on the building pieces. This would also make a perfect gift for any child being that's it's fun and teaches them building. Highly recommend.
