They arrived bare-root, which I understand makes them look un-alive. I waited a month and nothing rooted and now it's past time to return. Not even 1. I also bought 25 plants from a hand-picked vendor which were planted same day - and all but one is growing beautifully.

BAD SHIPPING ALWAYS DELAYED AND PRODUCTS DEAD
Product is fine THIS TIME. NORMALLY bare root plants are dried out and dead and require a return. ALSO, the last 5 orders via Walmart have been LATE-by a FEW DAYS! Items not available did not trigger emails-I had to call to inquire. VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!!
