Expert Gardener 20 Ft Black Plastic Garden Border Edging Kit

I love this Expert Gardener border kit! I am no professional but this was actually pretty simple to install after reading the instructions and looking up a couple beginner videos! I love how this makes the edge of the garden so crisp and gives a clean line as you can see in the picture. The material is a hard plastic that I have no concerns will be holding up for years to come. I would definitely purchase more in the future for growing our garden space!

This looks super nice in my front side yard. It was easy to install and only took 1 hour after laying mulch. The black makes it look sleek against our flower bed. Gives the house a neat out together look. Will purchase for the back yard too it's weightless so you can install by yourself but the pins help it stay out with weather and wind. It really completes your yard projects

I'm really loving this landscaping edging kit! It's actually easier to use than I expected! Just make sure that you do put the edging in sunlight for a good hour before installing to allow for the expansion and it also helps to straighten it out. I put rocks on both edges to keep it straight. This way it is the length that it's going to be when it expands from heat and sunlight. It also makes it nice and straight for you to use for your edging. The connectors helped for a seamless look. You just add a connector joint and then overlap the pieces and it's a very secure fit. You don't have to use all of it in one spot as we used it in two different spots around our two baby trees. You just cut the edging with garden shears where you need it to be cut. Make sure that you do dig a little down and keep it about the same depth so that you can insert the edging into that and it looks even. I used the steaks about every 4 to 5 ft. Make sure when you put them in you put them in at an angle and then you can go ahead and backfill with dirt or we used mulch and rocks. I love how the kit comes with everything you need, including the steaks, the connectors, the edging, everything is there and it's compact. So just break everything apart and go ahead and install! Don't get me wrong, this did take a while to install but it's not hard. It's just time consuming because I want it to look wonderful, which it does! If you're looking to do landscaping edging this has everything you need for 20 ft of edging including all the parts that you may need as well!

I am a complete beginner at diy landscaping and I was able to install this easily. The instructions are easy and straightforward. They provide a clean straight edge for the borders of my front yard. I recommend to anyone of all skill levels.

Fairly easy to install by someone with not a lot of gardening experience. It has made my garden beds look so much nicer than before! It also makes weed eating easier and faster!

We like to use this product around our trees to keep the mulch from creeping into the grass. Product is easy to use. I did sit it out in the sun for a bit to make the plastic a little easier to work with. Because it comes coiled, the product tends to want to coil back up. Once you install the pins it will stay in place. The edging looks nice and clean and does the intended job of containing mulch.

I was able to install this myself pretty easily. Not quite able to go in a straight line due to some things in the ground of my backyard. You do have to be careful getting the stakes off, one broke in half while I was trying to disconnect it. Overall I'm happy and hoping it helps keep the mulch in and grass out

Incredibly easy to install without professional help, often using only a rubber mallet, garden shears, and sometimes a, saw or heavy duty scissors. Plastic is highly flexible, allowing it to easily form curves, straight lines, or circle trees. It works effectively to separate gravel, stones, or mulch from grass, preventing it from migrating into the lawn. Just had to wait long enough for the yard to dry from our recent rain to install. Once properly installed, it creates a neat, low-maintenance barrier. Unfortunately it's winter, so not sure how well it will hold up in the 100+ degree days during the summer months. While kits come with anchors, some extra stakes to ensure the edging stays securely in place and to minimize the aforementioned waviness is probably necessary. It is highly recommended to install the product in warmer weather to prevent it from kinking and to allow the plastic to lay flat. Unfortunately my review window is during the cold season. Tip: Let the plastic sit in the sun for several hours before trying to uncoil it to prevent it from remaining in a wavy, coiled shape. Purchase extra metal or plastic anchoring spikes to ensure the edging remains straight and secure. Plastic garden edging is an excellent budget-friendly, DIY-friendly option for creating beautiful and orderly garden borders, particularly for those looking to avoid hard manual labor, as long as care is taken during installation to keep it straight.

This kit comes with everything that you need. Was pretty easy to install, but the memory makes it a little difficult especially when it's cold. Installing when it's warm makes the product easier to install and work with. I think it will be nice once we get the landscape finished up.

Not at all like pictured, or what others have shown pics of. The top edge in the pics of this item appear smooth and shiny, and pics in other reviews appear good as well. But the roll I received looks like a large dog used the entire roll as a chew toy. Disappointed, as it is ugly and will not match with what I already have.
