Expert Grill 55.5" Pellet Grill Cover for the Commodore Grill, Black

Upon receiving this cover, once again what was immediately noticed was that the cover was very heavy in weight and not just a plain thin cover, but rather a thick material that would resist obviously more than just water and dust. I was very impressed with the cover in that it just didn't just cover the grill but covered everything as the photos included will show. I'm have been so impressed by the products from Expert Grill that there is no way that I could not recommend them, everything is made with great precision and great quality control, from the Smoker Grill, the Hickory Oak pellets, to the Heavy Duty Cover, everything made with pride in mind.

The Expert Grill 55.5 lightweight pellet grill cover for Commodore Grill fits my Commodore grill/smoker perfectly. Great quality. There is a clip on either side that gathers the material for a snug fit. Perfect protection from the weather for the grill/smoker. The color is black. Would definitely recommend to others.

After a few weeks of covering our Expert Grill Commodore pellet grill with a plastic tarp, I finally got the official Expert Grill cover. This cover is made of heavy-duty fabric that will withstand the elements, repelling both water and the deteriorating effect of direct sunlight. Generously proportioned, it fits like a glove and extends all the way to the ground. The two large fabric handles make the cover rather easy to put over the grill. Buckle straps on the side tighten the cover once mounted, keeping it secure on windy days. The stitching appears very well done. I'm quite impressed with this cover. It's heavier than others I've had for other outdoor appliances and should last for a long time. Meanwhile, our pellet grill (and its pellet hopper) will stay completely dry. If you have a large grill like ours, this cover is one of the most important and useful accessories you can have. You won't be disappointed with it.

My cover for our Commodore Grill is awesome it seems to be heavy even though it says its light weight. I like the fact that it has air vents on the sides, is long enough to cover all the way around, has adjustable straps on the bottom that you can tighten to keep it secure so that it stays on, and is weatherproof. It fits our grill perfectly.

While this cover is fairly lightweight it is very well made. Appears to be waterproof and of durable fabric. Perfect for our cold and windy weather in Eastern Washington. Two sturdy and adjustable clip straps keep the cover from blowing off. Thanks for a very nice product to complement our Commodore Pellet Grill Smoker.

This cover is made of a heavy duty material. It fits the Expert Commodore pellet grill and smoker perfectly.  It also has straps on each side that can be tightened to keep it on the grill. It has a small vent on each side to keep the wind from blowing it up. We had a very big noreaster come through last week. Heavy rains and winds up to 105 mph. This cover kept my grill safe and dry. Using this cover will keep this  grill in good shape in bad weather. I highly recommend this cover.

I got the Expert Grill Pellet Grill Cover to cover our Commodore Grill and its working out great. It fits the grill perfectly. It's lightweight and protects it from dust, leaves, etc. I would definitely recommend this cover if you have the Expert Grill Commodore Grill.

This fit very nicely over my grill. I love that it's a lightweight cover so it's easier for me to put on myself. It definitely comes in handy during the winter/cold months. I am hoping it holds up to the weather during winter but we will see. It's great so far!

I found this grill cover to be very well made and durable. The waterproof material is thick with some weight to it. It is made specifically for the expert commodore pellet grill that I have, therefore, fits perfectly. Any like-sized grill can benefit from its use. It covers up to 55.5" wide. It actually covers my grill so well, only the wheels are showing beneath it. (55.5W x 22D x 41H in inches). The black grill cover comes in a pouch with a handle that is attached. When you open the cover to place it over your grill, the pouch is sewn on but hidden beneath. It's like the raincoats that come with an attached pouch, where you can roll up the raincoat in such a manner and tuck it into its attached pouch. Very smart and convenient. This cover has a black honeycomb design on the front of pouch, and on some areas of the grill cover. Very attractive. Not flashy, but classy. That honeycomb design protects the cover from incidents where a sharp edge can cause thread pulls and quick rips in your material. Again it's waterproof to protect your grill from the elements. I highly recommend this grill cover. It's material and construction tell me that it will last for a long time. I don't usually like to do QUICK reviews since I, myself rely heavily on reviews before I make a purchase, but sometimes it's not feasible to try out a product for weeks before I review it. Either way, first impression is excellent for this product.

Everything about this grill cover is well thought out and detail-constructed. This cover is designed specifically for Expert Grill's Commodore 55.5” pellet grill; it has a tailored fit with tapers in just the right places. The first thing you will notice when you heft the package is that it has some weight; this is a heavy duty cover, not like many grill covers that are made of thin polyester fabric that tears in the first wind storm. The second thing you will notice is that the cover comes in a zippered pouch (made of the same fabric) that is attached to the inside of the cover. You could fold the cover back into its bag to store it during weeks when you' are constantly using your grill. This grill cover is constructed from black “high performance honeycomb rip-stop fabric.” The inner side of the heavy fabric is coated with a water-resistant coating that feels rubbery to the touch. The outside feels like a close-weave heavy canvas fabric. All of the seams are double-stitched and it looks strong and made to last. There are vents in the top on each end to allow air flow, with flaps to prevent any moisture from dripping in. Each side has adjustable straps with buckles to keep it secure from blowing away in windy conditions. The straps are not merely inserted into a seam, but designed to extend from reinforced triangular gussets on each side for additional support to the straps. The cover comes with a 3-year limited warranty, described in detail within the packaging. My favorite feature are the two reinforced handles on the top that make it easy to lift the cover on or off of the grill – something many covers do not have. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a quality cover for their Commodore pellet grill.
