I ordered this supplement because I noticed my short term memory was slipping. I would go to pantry closet and open it and then ask myself what were you going to get? Couldn't remember. After taking this supplement for about a week, I definitely noticed less episodes of this forgetfulness. I think this has helped.

Possibly some memory improvement but no drastic difference and not thrilled with artificial sweetener content. Numerous broken tablets in each bottle of most recent 2-bottle reorder. Planning to purchase some other Citicoline product next time.
