They EZ melts work just like their name, easy. They just melted on my tongue. It has a pleasant taste. I fell asleep and stayed asleep all night! When I woke up, I felt great — no headache or drowsiness. This is a new must for me.

There are 60tablets in the bottle. They call this dissolvable vitamins as it is a fast melting tablet. I've got the cherry dream flavor. This has melatonin plus, L-theanine, gaba, 5-HTP, and herbal blend. One bottle is good for 2months/60days so it's worth it. Also, this is vegan, Sugar free, and only has natural sweeteners. The tablet dissolves pretty quickly. It Tastes like chalky cherry candy but not too sweet. There's No aftertaste. It'll help you relax in probably within 30-45min after taking it. Relaxing the brain greatly helps in getting that deeper sleep, so I'd say this really works. Give it a try for goodnight sleep.

So I was excited to test out a new melatonin. Plus side is that it works quick! Every time I have tried it, I have fallen asleep super quick! Only drawback is the taste. It's not necessarily bad, it just tastes weird. It is grainy and has a sort of wheat taste to it? Hard to explain, kind of tastes like something I have had before but I can't accurately place. Still a good find and I will def buy more because I need my sleep!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Melatonin plus melts were kida big pills, they didnt seem to melt fast, and they left a bad chalky taste in your mouth. The bilottle says take one, I took 2 and it still didnt seem to help at all. I would not recommend these.
