There are 60tablets in the bottle. They call this dissolvable vitamins as it is a fast melting tablet. I've got the cherry dream flavor. This has melatonin plus, L-theanine, gaba, 5-HTP, and herbal blend. One bottle is good for 2months/60days so it's worth it. Also, this is vegan, Sugar free, and only has natural sweeteners. The tablet dissolves pretty quickly. It Tastes like chalky cherry candy but not too sweet. There's No aftertaste. It'll help you relax in probably within 30-45min after taking it. Relaxing the brain greatly helps in getting that deeper sleep, so I'd say this really works. Give it a try for goodnight sleep.

I find it way easier to take a dissolvable vitamin and it dissolves quickly which is nice. It helps me get the rest I need at night. I love that this product is sugar-free and made in the USA. Great product I would recommend to help get the rest you need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These melatonin were se t to me by Influencer for my honest feedback. They are the first melts I've ever tried. They are easily dissolvable and smooth to take. No grittiness or undissolved melt. I would say they taste good. I prefer gummies but these are good too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This supplement is effective in helping you fall asleep and stay asleep and I like that you dissolve it in your mouth. I personally just prefer products without melatonin and rely more on herbs to aid in sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Melatonin plus melts were kida big pills, they didnt seem to melt fast, and they left a bad chalky taste in your mouth. The bilottle says take one, I took 2 and it still didnt seem to help at all. I would not recommend these.
