Very fine sand. It's the first of the season but I'm hopeful it will be better than my old paper filter system I previously had on my pool.

I got this to use for my red eared slider habitat and it's exactly what I wanted. It's clean, it's the right size, and my turtle loves to dig in it. I put aqua sand under it in one area for plants and the ones my turtle liked are thriving. I highly recommend it!

Great for beautiful white aquarium substrate at a fraction of the cost of anything labeled for aquariums from the pet stores. It’s exceptionally clean as well. Only rinsed once and was ready to be added to the tank. No waiting for it to settle either. One of my tanks constantly gets algae due to the lights being on more and the sunlight it gets, so the top layer of sand turns reddish. I suction the top layer out into a bucket and it rinses clean again. The other tanks I have are always that beautiful white beach looking sand. Out of all the other substrates I’ve had, this is the best!

all bags were busted then they arrived.

so this sand was delivered with a bag the was cut on the top like you were hoing to open it.but not in the box when i picked it uo half of it went all over me don't no what moron packed it.

Received a totally different kind of sand than ordered

This seller gave me sand from a different brand instead of the one I ordered, and I am very upset with this kind of practice!
