Farberware 12-inch x 18-inch Poly Utility Cutting Board

I got this to replace my old one that was the same brand and size except for the thickness. The old one was 3/8" thick. The new one is 3/16". Half the thickness they used to be but their still charging the same price. That don't seem fair. But anyway, I do like the new thinner one better cuz it's still very durable and not flimsy at all and sharp knife friendly, as long as your not heavy handed, chopping on it or using an electric knife on it. I plan to re surface the old one with a palm sander.

This is exactly the cutting board I was looking for to use for cutting meat etc. It is the perfect size to fit on the countertop and is sturdy but not too heavy.

I have owned several of these in the past. They are just as expected. I like being able to sanitize them in the dishwasher.

I love the size! I was shopping for a larger cutting board and ordered this one when I saw it. I used it for the first time today and it is perfect. It's also very light in weight.

Used the set of mini tongs only once so far but they are great. I like that the adjusting piece allows them to stay clamped closes.

Work well, heat resistant silicone tips are a good feature. I like that they can be locked closed for transport or storage.

Good poly cutting board that easy to keep clean and won't dull knives. Only minor negative was the board thickness. Better boards are about 1/2" thick. These are only 1/4" thick polyethylene cutting boards.

Good size! But I was unable to get the silicone tips off for cleaning and they do retain liquid in the tips so to me that's important. I'm not sure if they were made not to come off or if I'm just unable to get them off but that's an important feature for me because I don't want germs trapped inside because when I was squeezing it to get the chips off it was stuff that came out so they do retain it for sure. Another questionable feature on the packaging. It says stainless steel handles but it doesn't say anything about the hardware or the locking mechanism so we'll just have to wait and see. Otherwise, they were great and will come in very handy for candy making.
