This is a great set. the silver knives and black block are a perfect combo for a sleek look. The knives are sharp, but do need to be sharpened occasionally to keep them from getting dull.

I cannot say enough good things about this set of knives. They help you tackle any job in the kitchen. I know they are dishwasher safe, but I prefer to hand wash them. I feel like the dishwasher destroys the finish on most knives.
