These pans are amazing!!!! You don't have to spray them…. That was a plus for me. I received one with some pots %26 pans and loved it so I had to get all the different sizes. I got rid of all my other pans and this is all I use now.

Biscuit and gravy morning
Just used the small pan and the biscuits came out great. I gave the large pan to a friend because it was to big of my apartment size oven. I cooked the biscuits at 450 and it stayed flat not like the old one that twisted at that temp.

That shiny surface is NONSTICK to the max. Easy to clean and a joy as it replaced my 55 year old cookie sheets!

Pay for what you get.
They were cheap on price. The non-sticking works great. The problem I have is when they heat up they buckle and twist.

Don't Let Farberware Name Fool You.
Cookie sheets are already showing signs of brown staining. Always wash by hand per Farberware. And feel incredibly cheap. Don't buy! Better off with Walmart's house brand (Mainstays).
