This is a great, smaller microwave. imIt is very easy to use. It has a great safety feature of locking the door after it's done heating, and has an unlock button to push to unlock the door. I also like the darker interior of the microwave, instead of the traditional all white

I just needed a small countertop microwave while waiting for new appliances. This unit had all of the features I was looking for. It arrived quickly and in good condition. It was the right size that I was able to put on the countertop by myself. The 700 watt did the job, but for long term usage I require around 1000 watt. Definitely a reliable brand.

This arrived damaged but I didn't notice the damage for several days, I'm visually impaired. I would like to have the same microwave for replacement, but they only offer a refund, but to get the refund I need to return it to the store. Since I can't drive and no longer have the packaging, I am unable to do that. Does anyone have any suggestions?

It looks great, fits well into my small space But the door has a very load click opening and closing;. That loud click creates the impression it is of cheap quality and destoys the nice overall visual which is a shame. I am going to return it.

The number 7 Heat hardly works and it beeps too long and loud when finished. It's difficult to open the door.

When using it yesterday it started to make noises and started smoking. We immediately unplugged it and put it in the garage. It has a burn mark on the inside door! Thank God it didn't start a fire!
