I can bake two dozen cookies at a time on this sheet. No bottoms burned. It is a heavy pan for me and very hot when it comes out of the oven but I love it. Just go slow and easy. Its non-stick and requires no greasing or parchment paper. Saves me time and money. 100% recommend. Just remember the oven mitts.

Don't hesitate to buy this baking sheet. It is very well made and cookies come out great and evenly cooked on it. The sheet is sturdy, not flimsy, and it's a comfortable weight to handle. I've been able to bake 36 cookies at a time on it. I'm very pleased that I'd purchased it.

I really like that nothing sticks, so there's no reason to prep with oils. very easy to clean. easily fits the racks in my oven. perfect for holidays, parties. bakes a lot in less time. cookie, breads, and dog treats and dog food...etc...

Just what I was looking for. Needed a larger cookie sheet for baking more large cookies at one time. Air bake and insulated pans are my go to sheet pan. Bakes evenly and cookies turn out great. I am ordering another one soon!

Love the larger baking sheets for bigger batches of cookies. These are great quality non-stick baking sheets. I would highly recommend them to those that like to bake cookies.

Used it to bake chocolate chip cookies and biscuits on two occassions since Christmas. It's a huge plus to have them turn out out over-cooked and dark on the bottoms. And, what a pleasure to spend less that a minute to simply slide a sponge across it to return it to new again.

Why in the world would they ship this item with zero protection in the bottom of the box with a gazillion packing peanuts on top? Yes, the top was smooth, but all four corners of the bottom of this pan were bent and dented all to heck. I'm returning it. Why would they not put protection UNDERNEATH the pan to protect the bottom too? SMH 🤦‍♀️

Received this Farberware GOLDENBAKE 15.5x20 insulated non-stick air bake cookie sheet today Washed and dried as manufacturer recommends a cpl hrs later I put my dough on it in my oven preheated to 350° In two minutes I look and it's curling up at the left flat corner, not just slightly but badly It appeared to be in perfect condition before - I am furious. The timer hasn't gone off yet that's how mad I am typing this fast Big disappointment Farberware

I have two plain aluminum versions of this pan (one by Airbake, one by Food Network) and they are fantastic. I wanted to get a third one so that I could rotate batches of cookies and get the next batch ready without having to put the batter on a hot pan. Anyway, I didn't realize this Farberware copy was completely coated in some kind of non-stick coating. When I received it, I thought oh well, it's not going to matter. Wrong! This thing was smoking the entire 15 minutes it was in the oven and released an unholy toxic smell that filled the house as if I was burning pure plastic buckets of chemicals in there. And then it set off all my smoke detectors. Had to open all the windows and leave the house! This is being returned, I can't bake any more toxic smoke into my food and compromise my pets' tiny lungs by filling the house with it. I should have known better, everything Farberware makes is cheap and toxic!
