I found this wire cheese cutter to be a really easy way to cut blocked cheese. I admit I don't buy block cheese much because it's annoying to cut! This product does make it a lot easier but you have to make sure to clean the wire well after using. It comes with an extra wire as well.

I use cheese in almost all of my recipes and this slicer has not disappointed me yet. After multiple uses, it still slices cheese like soft butter. Being able to adjust the wire is definitely a plus as well

I had never used a cheese slicer before, but this tool was really easy to use. I used it to slice both slices of cheese for sandwiches, as well as a charcuterie board. I don't know if I consume enough cheese to use this daily or weekly, but I'm pleased with it as an additional to my kitchen gadgets!

This cheese slicer makes getting perfect uniform slices incredibly easy. It glides through both hard and semi soft cheesees smoothly without binding or tearing. The roller design works beautifully, saving so much time compared to using a standard knife.

It was very easy to adjust the thickness with the dial on the handle. I like that feature. The handle size is good and comfortable to grip. It's good that it comes with a second wire as a replacement, however you need to find a place to store it so it doesn't get lost in your utensil drawers. Maybe if it came in a plastic tube that would be easier to manage. Cuts through cheese smoothly. Easy to clean I would recommend having one!

I got this cheese slicer and immediately put it to use on a block of gouda. I loved using the Faberware cheese cutter for some charcuterie boards I made for family over the past week. The cutter was easy to use and made the slices the perfect width. It worked the best with the long rectangular cheese like Cracker Barrel brand. It made the boards look so nice and organized. This cheese slicer gives very consistent and even cuts, however I'm not completely sure that it is more convenient than using a knife. If you are going for overall presentation and want very consistent slices of cheese, then this is a great product for you! I really like the adjustability because I do not tend to prefer very thick slices of cheese for snacking. Overall, would recommend!
