when this disease flares u need something fast ! for the price I can say it definitely helped a lot . the smell was odd but I didn't care it helped the burning so definitely worth it in conjunction with witch hazel wipes

This stuff smells so bad I almost didn't want to use it. My outbreak was visually better within 3 days but the smell made me use it only once a day. Also not good to apply on open sores.

Why didn't they put it in the box and seal it that was very personal and very unprofessional I'm very disappointed I'm going to report this it's embarrassing 🤦🏽‍♀️😡

The smell makes me nauseous. It did not help me with pain, burning nor itchiness. I used 4-5 times a day for 3 days and felt like it burned me. Maybe I am allergic to an ingredient. Also the viscosity is thin, like baby oil gel, so it's messy, because it slides off fingers easily.

It’s very watered down so when you try to put some on your fingertips it immediately jus runs down your hand so you’re trying for it not to drip all over yet trying not to touch anything to keep your hands clean - it was just a nightmare %26 the smell is very strong it makes me nauseous

this smell is horrible! i was afraid people could smell it. I could smell it long after I applied it. it did work but hours after it's applied, I started itching like crazy

For me, it stings and is very painful for at least a good 5-10 minutes before it starts to feel numb. I would definitely NOT recommend this product to any one, nor will I use it ever again.
