Loved it so much I got it for me
I got the cheese kit that came with this cloth for my mom and loved it so much I bought it for me. I use it for ricotta cheese so I do not need the kit but wanted a quality cloth. It works great for ricotta cheese. I highly recommend making your own ricotta cheese with it. If you like other cheeses consider the kit.

Worked great for covering my water kefir grains.
This cheesecloth is a nice thick cloth and better than another brand I bought. Very happy with quality and works great for making water kefir. I highly recommend.

Love unbleached cheesecloth for work with herbs
It's very hard to find UNBLEACHED cheesecloth and of all places, found it at Walmart! I'm a family herbalist and I routinely use cheesecloth in squeezing out medicinal herbs. Having it unbleached just adds one more layer for my organic, non-GMO, no pesticides and herbicides. Go Green, Walmart! And thank you, Fermentaholics, LLC! I always shop green where I can. I'll be back!
