Quality and name

I bought the filter assembly 3 years ago and have not had any issues with it. I get the filter that removes the lead. I have used the other filters that don't take out the lead but that was by mistake because I was looking at cost of the filters. I now buy the filter that removes the lead. I installed it in the bar sink. I use that sink for my coffie and drinking water. I am going to buy another one for my refrigerator because it is cheaper than the GE refrigerator filter and lasts longer. Love this water filter.

I had a expensive reverse osmosis system for years, but replacing the filers was not only expensive.. it was time consuming. So, when we had our new stainless steel sink installed a year and a half ago.. I just had the plumber spend a extra 15 minutes hooking up this filter system. I'd have done it myself, but at 350 pounds, getting under the sink is too tight a fit for me. I couldn't be happier with the results. The tap water tastes as good as it did with the more expensive reverse osmosis system .. and the filtration is not that much different. Maybe only 0.2 microns difference. Not enough to justify spending more on the reverse osmosis filters or buying 1 gallon jugs of distilled drinking water. This unit filters out the minerals / lime that builds up in coffee pots. I have a 2 pot commercial Bunn coffee maker.. and this filter keeps it from having any mineral / lime build up inside. Coffee & tea tastes great. The water pressure is a little less.. about 1.5 gallons per minute. But not enough of a reduction to be a bother to me. I would buy this filter again, and would & do recommend it to friends.

My water tasted like chemicals and grime. This filter has solved all the muck in the line and I'm staying hydrated!

The filter are good. The condition of delivery was poor. I bought three filters: one box was significantly ripped, one box opened and only one box was in good condition.

Seems stable enough to work without mounting...however after connected when you turn on the cold valve all the way the hose from valve to filter is cheaply secured to the valve.

I'm not sure how good the actual filtration is, as I haven't had the water tested. But there is definitely still a taste to the water and, after only a few weeks of use, the water tastes like it isn't filtered at all.

I can't use the under sink filtration system because the fittings are not compatible with the existing standard fittings for the kitchen sink. I want to return it and get a refund.

it was missing parts. My husband finally opened it to install it to only have missing item. the box was smashed when it arrived also. Its to late to return its been more than 30 days. So be warned ⚠️ you may have missing items.
