The installation process was a bit tricky but overall the filter is great! With the filter my skin feels and looks great. My acne has began to clear up and my hair doesn't feel dry and frizzy since I started using this shower filter.I really like that it's every 6 months to replace the filter most filters it's every 3 months.

It was so easy to install for me to install by my self by just following the easy to read instruction.. My water had a strong chlorine smell but now it's gone. The filter leaked. I watched the installation video and read the directions. The filter leaked. When I removed the filter, and installed just the shower head, there were no leaks. I wished I have read the reviews prior to purchasing. I had to return the filter at my expense for a refund. I think this is wrong since the filter was defective.
