Easy instructions, simple installation, teflon tape was included. The water flow rate is reduced but still very good. If this filter cleans as it's supposed to and leaks don't develop, this will be a great investment compared with a less efficient and much more costly pitcher filter.

Five stars for this product. Easy installation. Water hoses fit perfectly and don't have those plastic hoses that most filter comes with, also is not an expensive filter but adds protection, even when the city brakes a pipe, you still have tap filtered water. I will recommend 100%

We have very hard water and the iron taste became to bad do use to keep drinking as is. I installed this filter in about 20-30 minutes and it works great. I drink out of the sink like a garden hosue daily now. No effect to the water flow and now leaks. We have had installed for over a month and the filter is still running strong. No leaks.

it was easy enough to hook up, hoses plenty long. we will see how long the filter lasts. I was hoping for a little better taste when drinking, it did take out the chlorine smell. I need to get the water tested and see how well it is working, on city water. overall I am pleased

the taste of the water is very much improved. it still lets the hard water minerals through, but I can actually drink tap water now instead of carrying bottled water home. it's saved me a lot of money and pain.

water filter does not change quality of my water. i hoped to filter settlements to protect my countertop ice machine. the water is the same with or without filter. a total waste of money.

I have well water and use a Water-boss Water softener, I have a House Filter before the Water softener and a carbon filter after the water softener that supplies the entire home. I used a TDS Meter, Digital Water Tester Model %23HFTDS-M7 I tested the water after I installed the Waterdrop 10UA Filter and here are the results: Water straight from the tap is in the RED 352 Water that went through Waterdrop 10UA Filter in the RED 351 Water that went through my Samsung Refrigerator in the RED 305 Poland Spring Bottled Water in the green at 38 I would think that installing the Waterdrop filter would have made a bigger difference but just 1 ??? and the Samsung Refrigerator has a tiny filter in comparison to waterdrop and it did 46 better than waterdrop filter. And yes, I let the water run for 5 minutes as directed and after 3 days of using the system I then performed the tests.
