PUR PLUS Replacement Water Filters with Lead Reduction, 3 Pack, PPF951K3

I purchased the 3 pack Pur Plus Replacement Filters for my Pur Water Pitcher and the filter is working great. It filters the water fast and the water taste fresh and clean. Good deal for a 3 pack. I am happy with the filters and the purchase. Delivery was fast and product arrived in perfect condition.

Since I've been using a PUR pitcher for years, I need this particular filter. FYI it cost $29 on the store shelf and only $18.99 by ordering it from Walmart.com, and I picked it up the next day! Good deal!

Bought the 3 pack for the purpose of backing up the new pitcher for future use. I'd rather have filters on hand than running out and waiting on a future purchase and delivery.

when you boil water, it stills has that fishy smell. call company sent filter to company to test and they said they never got the filter. but some one did sigh for it. so what happen to it?

The filters are great. Would have received 5 stars. Except the three-pack ordered was described as including a new pitcher. The pack of filters that arrived also said "pitcher and dispenser filter." But I only received the filters. Now I have to wait six months and hope they get it right next time. Or go to a different seller. Usually no problems. But trying to get help always takes you to "chat." I do not want to chat. I want to speak to a live American worker.

Received a text saying i was receiving a replacement item. promptly delivered, but the box had been opened. Now I can't be sure if I've received the 3X plus, or the 2x filter. Doesn't say on the individual packaging. Don't like receiving opened boxes, especially when I've been notified of a replacement item. disappointed.

We have a 1.5 year old daughter who loves NYC water as much as we do. Read good reviews about the Pur's lead filtering capabilities and switched from Brita. After less than a month of use and on to our 3rd filter, we've concluded these Pur Plus filters are criminally fraudulent as it takes about 4 hours to filter water after the first week of normal use. We've tried the pre-prep soak rinse, the tapping, the upside down rinse, the shake and bake...nothing works. We saved the "old" (1 week filter) in hopes there is a future remedy that can bring these back to life. My experience with Pur customer service has not been good. I emailed Pur about the issue and got an automated response that they would respond in 2 business days. It's been 2 weeks and have given up. I want to like this for the lead filtering but we're a family of 3 that drinks a lot of water and cannot wait hours for water to fill. About to open our 3rd filter in less than a month while we wait for our new Brita, which we would prefer not to use since they don't filter lead but what choice do we have?

I ordered a 2-pack. What I received was one filter one day and another a few days later, problem being the first filter was the wrong size, but second one that showed was correct. So now I am sitting with the wrong size filter in my water dispenser. It is so long it almost touches the inside bottom of the water container and doesn't seem to let the water flow efficiently.

We’ve used this water filter for years and never had an issue until buying this filter 12/21/25! It was incredibly slow, took 3 hours to filter less than half the pitcher! Tasted funny as well. Bought another replacement and no issue, I think we got a faulty filter but I won’t be repurchasing this filter!

This is a stupid survey when you don’t get the item you asked for-improvement is needed as this is the second time in 3 online orders that there has been an issue
