This is a beautiful little work out bench. The photos of the gal demonstrating exercises really inspired me in to add that exercise to my own program.. The box arrived pretty beat up, I took photos of it in case proof was needed of damage, but the parts are well packed and there was no damage. It was easy to put together, fairly fast actually, and everything fit together like clockwork. I'm a 60 year old gal, so I was very thankful for such great instructions inside, and everything being well marked. The metal is very heavy duty solid, the bench matt is moderately comfortable but very striking to look at. Overall a beautiful journey for the soul to connect to the excitement of a new article for the garage gym! Can't wait to get started!!!

Amazing bench for everything they show you. This bench is everything I need for my at home workouts and doesn't take up too much space. It was easy to put together, plus it's stable and really comfortable. There are endless exercises you can perform with this, I get a full body workout with this and a set of dumbbells.

I love how many exercises that I can do on this! I love how easy it was to set up and how simple the adjustments are. The cushion is really great as well. I highly recommend!

Pretty easy putting all together . Im so glad I bought it . You can do a lot of different exercises. Just what I have been looking for. I strongly recommend.

This bench is perfect for my garage gym! Easy to put together. Easy to adjust. It's making workouts so easy while I watch the kids play outside

One of the bolts was too short, so I'm worried it will break. But it hasn't so far.

i like this bench. could be good value for the price. however, when i was setting it up there were some parts/did not align. it appeared that it could have been a return and re pack, out just careless worker. it was in a location that would not effect performance so it wasn't worth sending back. The wood under the leg pads must be thin as heck. just doing situps, i heard a crack and the right side collapsed.

Assembly / Build was difficult because of missing fasteners, I had to go to the hardware store and buy a bag full to finish the job. I does seem to work OK, I weigh 250 lbs so it is a teeny tiny bit wobbly, but I think it will do well enough. Finish seems decent, padding is a little thin but ok for the price.

Customer Service at Finer Form is terrible. Directions to put this together are confusing. Called Customer Service 3 times and emailed once. No response. Seems like a great product but if the company doesn't call me by tomorrow, I m returning it.
