I don't have an issue with any residue left behind. I like these because in the old days, I always measured out way too much detergent and all my glasses got cloudy looking. I don't have that issue any longer. Granted, my dishwasher today is 1000x better compared to years ago. So I'm sure if that plays a part in everything. I use this with the Jet Dry (same company) and my dishes are dry when I take them out. If I only use the dish tab, my dishes are still wet when I open the door. I do not get any water marks as long as my dishes dry (Jet Dry added). If they are still wet then yes, I will get water spots (not using Jet Dry). I pre rinse ALL my dishes (I will never stop doing that no matter what the soap and dishwasher companies say) so, obviously, I don't have any food left behind. I've used this Finish and the one with the gel type pack. They both work well for me. I buy what I can get my hands on. This style is considerably cheaper compared to their gel......just sayin'.

I know these are a little old fashioned since you have to tear the wrapper off. However, I find the gel pillows leave a smell/fragrance on all plastic water bottles and gym bottles. These tablets do not. They clean beautifully and get the job done.

this one is bout the only one that will work in our 36 year old dishwasher. seldom any thing left on dishes, but i suppose happens , pretty rare though. other kinds do leave stuff on the dishes a lot more often. we use these many times. have even given others away for someone else to try. has to be these. always. secretly we switched with these...no those wont work.

I prefer the tabs over the pods that are so common now. The Finish tabs do a very good job of thoroughly cleaning all items that I wash in my Bosch dishwasher. I use normal and sanitize settings. I also make sure to use Finish rinse agent as well which helps dramatically with water spots. They are more expensive because they are not readily available in most stores any more. When my dishwasher was being installed, the technician recommended these over pods because where the pods are heat sealed together, that seal, which is thicker than the rest of the pods, doesn't,t always fully dissolve and can over time build up in the dishwasher drain system and lead to a costly repair to clear the clog or part replacement. Tabs fully dissolve and won't cause this problem. I have been told by family members and one of my friends that their installers said the same thing. Use the tabs and follow your dishwasher manufacturers use instructions and I think you will have similar results as mine.

I have been using this product for many years. It's not being sold in the supermarkets any more. I dislike the new products with the gel packs. They have a very strong scent. This product doesn't have a strong scent and it has individual packets for opening.

This is our third 140 piece box of this dishwasher detergent. It falls into the bottom of the dishwasher when the soap door opens and dissolves there. It has a built in rinse aid spot preventer. Finish-It is a big player in rinse aid.

this is what I have used for decades. they are difficult to find. I tried the gel pods and they started dissolving in my storage container and water one and very difficult to clean. I found these and was very happy

My wife and I have used several dish washing cleaners over the years. We definitely do not care for Cascade. The liquid gels that seem to melt in the dishwasher are not the best either. We have found this one to be the best in our opinion. The little hard cube to clean and remove the stubborn stains on our dishes. We have been using this product for years and recommend it to others.

Walmart KNOWINGLY mailed a defective FINISH as has a gaping hole, scuffed up...yet the shipping box is perfect. Im mad because what a headache to return this AND they don't offer a replacement. Out $30 on my Credit Card %26 price has increased. AS FOR THE PRODUCT ITS ONLY 1 I USE.

I have used this before with no problems but this box was damaged. Some of the pods were smashed or broken and it left white residue in my dishwasher. Was not happy
