These have been good products over the years. They make Great gifts. These were marked down, so receiving 4 pairs for the price of two is a bonus!

Recently we bought rose bushes, and i didn't realize how fast and tall they grew until they were almost the hight of my house. We got the Fiskars snips and they are absolutely amazing. Very easy to trim, they are not too big for my hands, and the tips are straight and very sharp. It was a breeze to trim the bushes. I ended up trimming all the flowers around the house haha. I would highly recommend these to any professional gardeners or a novice like myself. They don't become sticky either and work well with house plants also.

These are sharp, snip evenly and great, and they are easy to use. The locking feature is excellent as well as the sheath that goes over the tips. I used these to cut back some of my plants due to the weather and they made things easy and smooth. I'd recommend.

I have a garden that I maintain every spring, summer, fall; so, these snips really come in handy. They work great for dead-heading plants and cutting stalks of plants that need trimming. Note that these are for light-duty work – narrow, easy-to-cut stems. For thicker or woody stems you want to use a pruning shears. But for the job, these cut very well. They have stainless steel, micro-tip blades that are coated black. I do not expect these to rust like by older steel pruner. The tips are even non-stick to prevent resin build-up from stems that can occur with repeated use. The handles spring back after each cut and there is a lock mechanism to lock them closed when not in use. A plastic cover is included to put over the tip for safety. Oh, and did I mention, you get two of them in the pack. These should provide years of use. The packaging notes that these have been awarded the Arthritis Foundations' Ease of Use Commendation for those with limited hand strength. They come with a lifetime warranty as well. I would certainly recommend them, and I look forward to using them extensively in my garden.

These Fiskars Pruning Snips are ideal for many purposes. Roses were deadheaded faster than ever before. I pruned several other bushes in a short time. One of the pairs has been designated for indoor snips. They are extremely sharp and useful. The tip covers are very beneficial.

If you like to propagate, you will LOVE these! They provide a clean and concise cutting. They trim up ivy and any houseplant nicely. They fit well in your hand and make tidying up your prized plants so easy. Every one of my plants around my house are lovely now and I now have more lovely plants to start growing to share with friends and family from the clean cuttings I was able to take with my Fiskars precise trimming & shaping tools. They really do exactly what they say! 5 stars for sure!

I am completely in love with these pruning shears! The Fiskars brand is a good one, one that I have trusted for years to be good quality, durable, and a good value. These are precision snips, so they have a micro tip blade to cut delicate and intricate things. I was able to snip my peppers off the vine in my garden without damaging any of the other stems in the process. I was also able to skilfully snip some end of season blooms. They are great for trimming leaves off stems as well for a pretty floral arrangement. Honestly, I could think of a hundred uses for these around my house! I like that this is a two pack, so I keep one in the garden and one in my craft area. They are great for precision cuts on craft projects. The tips are stainless steel and they stay sharp for me use after use. The spring action of the handle reduces pain and fatigue in my wrist. The blades have a non-stick coating which helps to reduce residue build up. I can't tell you how many pairs of shears I have gone through because they end up getting dull and residue on the blades. These really are high quality! I highly recommend them to anyone. They are so useful!

I have been in my local bonsai club for several years, and one thing I'm always in need of is good trimmers for my plants. These are nice! It's great to get two in a pack. Each has a soft plastic cover to put over the trimmer part when you're not using it. There's an easy slide to open or close the trimmers. They're about 6" long. The trimmers are lightweight and easy to use. They feature stainless steel blades that should remain sharp. They have a spring to reduce hand fatigue, even earning the Arthritis Foundation's "Ease of Use Commendation" -- this is helpful, especially if you have plants to trim for quite a while. My only recommendation is that, for bonsai at least, I would love for one of the trimmers to have concave blades, since this is helpful with many plants or bonsai.

I needed new shears & I thought these would be great because they came in a pack of 2. I just received them 1 hr ago & started using them in my garden. They are great for small plants & indoor plants. Would be great for herbs. I was using them to cut down my lazy susans & they are already worn out. They would not bounce back open. They still seem sharp but not made for anything over 1/2" in diameter. On the positive side they come with a cover for the shears. They did help me cut a lot of dead plants in the garden. I will use these for flowers in planters & to cut herbs.
