They're easy to clean, but kinda hard to spot if they fall because they are black. Wish the handles were some kind of neon color. I really like them and would buy another pair.

Pruner was really sharp and had a good heavy weight to it which is what I like. Very precise and cuts clean. There is an odd cheap feeling with the black plastic part that I don't really like though. The lock mechanism also is really hard to latch and seems misaligned when I try to close it in place. I had to push really hard to lock it. Overall great pruner because the locking mechanism being hard to lock.
