Fitbit Versa Lite Edition Smartwatch (S & L Bands Included)

I gotta say I love my watch. I hesitate on buying took me a few days to decide and I'm glad I finally did I'm in love with it and I wore it the first day and it monitors your heart calories burn and steps I really love my watch I used it already in a workout and it does have the sensor for heart rate and exercise I love the color in just glad I bought this that I'm getting one for my daughter

For the most, I love Fitbit. It offers almost everything. It tracks your steps, heart beat, sleep patterns, workouts, phone,etc. Nonetheless, I haven't had the best experience with the Versa lite. Every 90 days, it stops working for one reason or another. The good thing is Fitbit replaced it each time.

This is my second fitbit versa lite. My first one was good. I had it for a few years and then the battery stopped holding charge for more than a few hours. But overall, for the price my first fitbit had done OK, so I become a repeat customer. I have been really disappointed with this one. It seems to have a short or a bad connection somewhere. The screen frequently freezes or goes blank or displays just the fitbit icon. It usually goes back to normal after several seconds, but sometimes over the course of a few days the watch will get to be several minutes slow (I'm guessing due to it glitching so often) and it is sometimes hard to get it to sync with my phone to get the clock to correct itself. Sometimes it also backtracks on my step count when it glitches, so I don't feel like I'm getting an accurate step count either.

stopped working after 2 and 1/2 months. refused to get any kind of exchange or money back and paid a pretty good penny for it

I have had other FitBits but this one doesn't hold a charge, never seems to work right. I should have sent it back right after I got it.

Given as a birtday gift July 21st and it stopped working September 21st. Would not sync or pair with device. Factory reset made it work for 4 hours. Cannot return since over 14 days. Called fitbit tech line and they said it doesnt qualify for warranty work. Spent $140.00 on two months of fitness tracking. Will use Amazon in the future. Highly disappointed.

worst watch I ever had

I got it last night and right off the bat, it didnt pair to my phone. I tried for 4 hours trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong, so like any normal person would, i googled. turns out hundreds of people are having the Sam issue as me of it not connecting. I have a Samsung s10 and apparently it's not compatible.

I purchased a Fitbit Versa Lite for a Christmas gift. It was supposed to be new but it wasn't in original box and did not include both small and large bands as stated. I have tried contacting the seller but no one has returned my message. I'm very disappointed. I will not purchase from Walmart if they are going to supply goods from more honest and dependable dealers.
