All the parts were well labeled and fit together without any issues. The instructions were clear, so I was up and riding in less than 30 minutes. The magnetic resistance flywheel is fantastic. My rides are super smooth and nearly silent, which is great because I live in an apartment and don't want to disturb my neighbors. Adjusting the resistance is easy, and it lets me do everything from light warm-ups to tough hill climbs. Comfort is a huge deal for me, and this bike doesn't disappoint. There are tons of adjustments for both the seat and handlebars, so I could find a perfect fit right away. The seat is surprisingly comfortable during longer rides, and the handlebars have a nice grip. The display console is exactly what I need. I love how easy it is to control and change the settings so I can increase the intensity as needed. Plus, it has a lot of extra features. I really love like the heart rate monitor and calories

I was incredibly excited to receive this exercise bike, but my excitement quickly turned to frustration. Upon opening the box, I discovered that half of the necessary assembly hardware was missing. It is incredibly disappointing to open a brand-new item only to find it unuseable right out of the box.

Couldn't really leave anything other than a negative review. I'm missing all the screws to put it together and the instructions don't really say the size of the screws so I can't go out and buy them myself, therefore I have to return it. I would've loved to have been able to use this bike but it is what it is.

Could have been great but it's missing parts when I opened the box. Customer service for the company is not also available for inquiries.
