Missing screws
Couldn't really leave anything other than a negative review. I'm missing all the screws to put it together and the instructions don't really say the size of the screws so I can't go out and buy them myself, therefore I have to return it. I would've loved to have been able to use this bike but it is what it is.

Missing parts of course. Typical Walmart trash
Was missing screws to assembly Walmart only gave me a partial refund. Will never buy from either company again. Total trash customer service. Now I have to find screws at local hardware store this was a total waste of time. Again don't buy from Walmart. They have no quality control.

Missing parts, unable to assemble
I was incredibly excited to receive this exercise bike, but my excitement quickly turned to frustration. Upon opening the box, I discovered that half of the necessary assembly hardware was missing. It is incredibly disappointing to open a brand-new item only to find it unuseable right out of the box.

Started putting together today. Missing most hardware. Can't use it until I go get carriage bolts and nuts. I know it was cheap… but come on. Do better

Missing Hardware, Impossible to Assemble
Was excited to get this exercise bike for a great deal until I got all of the pieces out and realized it was missing a ton of hardware making it impossible to put together. Extremely disappointed.

Item arrived missing parts. There is no customer service number and walmart would not replace the missing parts. My only option was to do it back to Walmart for a refund.

Missing parts (hardware package). Contacted customer support and they were unable to send replacement parts. Had to return. Seems like starting in 2026 customers returned product due to missing parts. Buyer beware! Save yourself the hassle!

Came without hardware necessary to put it together. Screws, bolts, etc. other reviews say the same thing. Complete scam. Doesn't say the size of anything either so no idea what to buy to replace the parts

Do NOT buy
Horrible! Do NOT order. They sent a hardware package from a different model bike and are unable to send correct hardware. The only option is returning the bike. Total waste of time and frustration
