I enjoy the taste because you can taste the different ingredients which i find fun and interesting. They do get a bit hard when they are cold, but they get nice and soft if you put them in a pocket for a bit. Also, they don't stick in your teeth forever which is nice. Overall they are just very pleasant.

It really does seem like it helps with stress levels.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't think it made a huge difference in my stress levels but it was fun to try. it's almost just like a starburst lol but i guess sometimes the placebo/mental idea that this is helping with stress could help to decrease stress levels a little bit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not a fan. The first time I took these I couldn't fall asleep and my anxiety felt elevated. Also felt the chews had a chemically/dissolves pill taste. The packaging was okay. The paper wrappers kept sticking and had to be scraped off parts of it. Not a fan. Definitely better options, in my opinion. I don't think I would purchase or recommend these to anyone.

Advertised as “soft” chews…hard as a rock. Think year old taffy, can't chew them at all. Plus the taste is unpleasant so you don't want to leave it in your mouth for long. I would return but I had to open the bottle to try. Don't know if they work because I can't eat them.

Nasty flavor. Omg so horrible.
