Fixodent Extra Hold Denture Adhesive Powder, 2.7 oz

I prefer the powder to the cream from the same company. It is easier to use and seems to last all day if I do not swish liquids rinsing around in my mouth a lot. I do have to have a small paper towel to catch any over spray because it quickly turns to a gel that is difficult to clean on the counter when it gets wet.(adhesive activated by moisture!) I keep an old coffee cup nearby to tap any extra powder off the denture and that collection from a few days can then be reused. My denture fits well so there is usually a very strong bond that needs to be pried off at night.

I have worn dentures for years and my body eats everything adhesive that I use, this product lasts longer for my wear and allows me to eat things I normally wouldn't be able to.

I ordered 2 items and i only received one. Don't know what is going on with your delivery service. I'm starting to think you have thieves working for you. This is the third time this has happened when i placed an order. The order was for Great Value whipped dressing that i did not receive.

this was recommended to me by my dentist. I apply a thin layer to the wet denture, and lightly wet it again, then a second thin layer dry and it sticks all day without being thick or nasty tasting. I've tried Secure and I've tried Polident pastes but they wouldn't always stick and the taste/burn was not pleasant. I highly recommend this to any denture wearer.

This is a great product. The alternatives make me gag so the paste type glue totally grosses me out. I put a small amount of the powder in a smaller travel container making it easy to realign and regular anywhere. A really good product in a very small options category.

I just got dentures after losing my teeth from 4 years of Chemo and Radiation. The top fits pretty good but the bottoms are problematic. I have to keep going back to get them adjusted. Dentist recommended the powder. I use the cream and them put the powder on top of it. Seems to work pretty well. And the price is good. This should last quite a while.
