I see a rheumatologist soon, but this is helping in the meantime. It's 3 pills once a day. After a few weeks I definitely notice a reduction in pain and stiffness. My only complaint is having to take 3 instead of 1. They're large pills, I have no issues with pill swallowing but if you do this might be difficult to keep up with over a long period. Overall though I recommend to anyone with joint discomfort.

I don't think I was able to use it for long enough to see how significant the benefits are, but after trying it I did notice a reduction in some joint pain. I would be interested in trying it for longer to see if the benefits increase, but the supplement does seem to be pretty expensive. I think for those who notice significant benefits, it would certainly be worth the cost. The ingredients are great, without any indeed fillers and the pills are typical capsules.
