Not bad for the price.
Great for little jobs. Will it tackle major jobs or major clogs know but it works great for frequent maintenance to prevent those big problems. Definitely handy little tool.

For the cost, it does work.
Let's face it, it DOES work but it's not what I was expecting. Doesn't clean off the gunk and hair easily. This is why I'm giving 3 ⭐⭐⭐.

AG substituted the product without permission
I didnt get this item but a replacement. Maybe one of their other products they sell. Turned out to be worthless and no where near as good as what is pictured here. My issue is that a replacement was issued without my permission instead of a refund.

Wrong product shipped
The item that arrived is different than what was pictured. Not worth returning but this product does not have a replacement snake like I was expecting.

inaccurate picture, flimsy as the $1 tool
if only I had looked at the reviews first. not accurately pictured. as you scroll through the photos the 5th or 6th photo shows a single pack that doesn't include the product with the tip shown. it has only one curled tube. quite annoyed.

The image does not match the product that was sent. Extremely disappointed. There are cheaper and better quality products in other stores.
