This product is a great size value. The package comes in a glass bottle with a serving size cap which is very helpful. I'm taking it for hair growth however I've taken it before for low iron and it worked wonders. I saw the difference after bloodwork. The taste is quite nice and easy.

I am slightly anaemic and this causes fatigue. I was taking iron capsules from another brand and didn't see much result. So, bought this liquid iron. From the 1st dose of 10ml, I felt its benefit…I felt energized and happy. I have dutifully take 2X a day as the stated frequency..and my fatigue symptom is gone now. Just love this liquid iron. Beautiful ingredients and easily absorbed. I feel better when I take this. I love the herbs they use to help absorption. Size of the bottle and the different vitamins and minerals they use are great. Packaged well. And although not as strong as other irons it works well and u just need to take it consistently.

my friend used to take this when we were teenagers, and I've recently found out I've lacked a lot of what this supplement holds. of course it's expensive but you're paying for the quality ingredients and minerals which holds alot. it came in a well cushy package so there was no damage, since it is glass and liquid I was worried about that. but all good on that end. I feel I benefit from taking this liquid every morning.
