Easy to install
I'm an older woman and definitely not a plumber. This was very easy to change with the instructions. I used it with a kitchen/bath sealant and everything works perfectly.

Always a good product. Not happy about how it was delivered. Box thrown to porch and missed it and hit the step. Big hole in box but didn't damage the contents.

The flapper valve is 3"
I did not realize the flapper valve was 3". This will not fit a standard residential home toilet. I did go ahead and mount the water fill valve. That works fine.

this item is bad
this product takes to ong to stop running aftert the flap closes not a good item cheap but see why terrible have to eventually replace loud and irritating
