New flapper stopped leak
I replaced an older leaking toilet tank flapper with this Hyper Tough tank repair kit. it was a straight forward and easy to install. I did have to remove the toilet tank to install the new unit. Overall, this solved a slowed a slow leak and I am pleased with the outcome.

Worked for my older simple Throne
Not a paid review. This kit fit my needs. I didn't need all the parts, so I was able to pick through and get the pieces I needed while saving the pieces I didn't need for possible future use. I got these units on clearance and only spent a fraction of what it was going to cost to buy the parts separately. I was concerned having read others reviews saying these parts didn't fit their toilets… they must've have fancy toilets and were foolish to believe these basic parts would work on their fancy thrones. My throne is older and simple… porcelain and off white… you've probably day upon a few in your life. If your throne is simple like mine, this kit is golden, if you're throne is fancy, they might not. This is an honest review and hopefully it will serve someone out there well. Hold fast, stay true.

Nice, nearly universal, replacement
To start, it fits up to about 2.5 inch drain toilets. (At least I measured the flapper to be just about 2.5 inches.) Fits either toilet in my home just fine. Easy to install, easy instructions. Favorite part is the chain layout. I have a different brand one where the chain gets tangled up. With how this one is set up, not an issue at all. I would honestly recommend a homeowner, with toilets this fits, to buy one in case of emergency.

Quick and Easy ...Fire the Plumber!
No need to call the Plumber. Fit perfect in my 40 year old commode tank. By the year 2027, Hyper Tough will rule the world. Works great. Thank you.

not a universal fit.
the plastic rods for the floater were way too long for a normal aize toilet. i got it because it said universal but that is just not the case. the tower looked ok but doesnt do well in left sided flushing toilets. i just dont recommend this one. especially since it said universal that is what made it super disappointing.

It comes with a plastic chain which kinks and allows the toilet to continue running. Would not recommend you buy this item.
