I love this mat. I've had two knee replacements. It's hard to get on your knees after the surgery. With this mat, I'm able to do exercises on the floor. I'm really happy with this purchase

Great for the knees it was the thickest pad I could buy for the price so very good value!!! I am using it for my physical therapy and it helps tremendously.

I have not slept on it yet. Lightweight, rolled two of them together to save space. It seems like it will be easy to scuff up.

good sleeping bag pad
i have not slept on it yet. seems thick enough to help on rocks. easy to scuff it up. it will probably last several years considering my use.

soft, light weight
Softer foam than the Ozark Trail. It is 23in wide (not the posted 24in). It is very light weight when compared to others. Time will tell if the softer foam is more or less durable than the firm foam from other manufacturers. But of several I ordered, this is the one I kept.
