Seller selling used item as "new"

Initially, I clicked on the button to shop with Walmart only so when I came across the game I purchased it I should've double checked because I don't like buying from third-party vendors I did not receive the item when it said I did. I waited a while just to see if it was late contact at Walmart then informed me that I need to contact the vendor but they would do it for me and wait for an email from them. The first email I got was just numbers tracking number I guess sorry reply back letting them know I did not receive the item then they replied back with it is our policy that if it says it was delivered we are not responsible for it. They told me to check with my neighbors Post Office and left it at that. Not even a I'm sorry you didn't get your item. So I contacted Walmart to let them know that they were not going to do anything. Walmart did apologize and they refunded my money because they did not have the item in stock to send me which was a bummer because it was a Christmas gift. so I would say when you make a purchase and you take it through Walmart, double check to see if it's a third-party vendor and if you're OK with that go for it me personally I have a Walmart card. I prefer to shop with Walmart not third parties, so if there is something wrong with my order, I don't have to go through this hassle. Normally I never would've done a review but being that the email they sent me was so not caring is one of the reasons I'm doing this review.

Do not waste your $ on this game! It is one of the top 5 worst games i have ever played! The fighting mechanics are so flawed that it is barely playable. A big disappointment!
