Focus Select Areds2 Based Formula
The supplement most eye docs recommend is PresserVision Areds2. However, daily intake of 80 mgs. of zinc can cause intestinal distress for many people. Focus Select, which is cGMC compliant uses the same widely tested Areds 2 formulation, except the zinc is reduced to 25 mg. per day.

I have macular degeneration and my Dr suggested these to slow the progression of my eye issues. I believe they work and they have helped my dry eye as well

Sticky situation
Even though it had silica pack in it, the capsules were all stuck together and I spent 1/2 hr getting them apart!
