I love the easiness and cost effectiveness of the mini Handheld vacuum device. I have been a long time user of the Food Saver system with a large family over the past years. Now, the family has grown and on their own. With only the two of us I use the storage bags to make the fresh produce last longer and am able to still divide the bulk purchases; this eliminating waste and makes the budget easier to manage.

I am really impressed with this FoodSaver Mini Handheld Sealer. I primarily use it for my deli containers, and it handles the job perfectly. Why I love it: Compact & Cordless: The charging dock keeps it ready to go without cluttering my counter with wires. Impressive Power: For such a small device, it has plenty of suction power to keep my food fresh. Marinate Mode: The specific setting for marinating is a great bonus that works faster than traditional soaking. Pro-Tip: If you have some older containers, just keep in mind that you might need to swap out the attachment piece to get a perfect seal. Once you have the right fit, it works like a charm! Overall, it's a fantastic addition to the kitchen if you're looking for convenience and performance.

I was a little skeptical about buying this, because prior to, I was using my full-size FoodSaver vacuum sealer with the extendable accessory attachment. To my surprise, it works absolutely EXCELLENT! Super powerful vacuum seals up those resealable FoodSaver bags in a matter of seconds! In addition, it provides enough vacuum to seal a full size FoodSaver container with no problems at all! Best of all, I can take some resealable FoodSaver containers and bags and bring this device with me to vacuum seal food ANYWHERE! The internal battery lasts a VERY long time, and it is SUPER easy to use! Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this product!

Got it for my uncle who has a big vacuum Sealing machine. Told him about my little one that vacuums bags made by this co. And how i use it more than my big machine because its convenient to open get just now much you need and reseal. No waste. Now he loves this machine. He got it for hotdogs but found 101 other uses, lol.

The new hand held sealer is great! It's always charged and ready and it's 100 times more quiet than the older model from years ago. I like that I can put it on the bag and walk away, no more holding the button down. I don't know why I waited so long to get the newer model!

I am 85 and bought this, hoping it would help me keep food fresh. I have found that it works but not all the time. I found it hard to find the magic spot so the vacuum would work to seal. I have not used the marinate or vacuumed jars so don't know how it works. I like the set up with a small footprint for my tiny kitchen.

My first unit performed admirably for over two years with near-daily use. Upon its failure, I purchased a replacement. Unfortunately, this unit malfunctioned after only two weeks; it charges but will not run. It would have been a five-star purchase had it functioned correctly.

This is the first foodsaver item I've owned in 30 yrs. that didn't live up to brand quality. I used it twice before it died completely. It stopped functioning %26 stopped charging. Contacting FoodSaver customer service was a nightmare. First 2 attempts 3 days apart got no response. Next attempt got a reply with a request for multiple photos, descriptions and confirming I did not abuse the product. They emailed a return label and informed me when they received my return they would send a replacement. Returned it, tracked it, confirmed delivery and waited - over a week, no communication. Contacted them, two more times, 3 days apart. No response. After the third attempt I got a notification a new unit was being sent. Still no replacement almost another week later. VERY poor customer service. I will never purchase foodsaver brand again. Maybe this is a one time thing but that's hard to believe.

This did not last. It doesn't work anymore. Only had it for a few months. My other one like this lasted a few years. This one NO!!! Don't buy and don't waste your money. Now I have to invest in a different kind, which means the bags won't match, so I wasted money the bags too.

It does not work. After charging for 48 hours I was able to seal 1 bag. It works then it doesn't. Not good suction at all. Very aggravating. I'm returning it.
