A nice replacement for my broken LG TV remote. Arrived promptly and worked on both of my LG TVs instantly without any setup required. It requires two AAA batteries that buyer needs to provide. The buttons are a little different from my other LG TV remotes and appear to be better. I like the specific button for captions. An excellent price and looks to be better than the original. I will be ordering another as a backup.

This is the perfect replacement for the incredibly confusing "Magic" remote that came with my new LG OLED TV. (As another reviewer stated, the Magic remote is well-named: you need to be a magician to figure it out.) This remote has a Mute button, an Info button, a Flashback button, and an Exit button; all very handy and all totally missing on LG's remote. Also, thankfully, it doesn't have that clumsy scroll wheel in the middle of the OK button, nor the weird on-screen pointer that pops on when you don't expect it and don't need at all. It also doesn't require any programming or pairing with the TV; install two AAA cells and it's ready to go. I could tell you more, but in short, LG should save some money by firing the software genius who dreamed up their crazy remote and just put one of these in the box with the new TV. They'll get better reviews and their tech support phone won't be ringing so much.

When I saw the advertisement for the control it seemed to be exact same one that came with tv Was not actually looking for one even though the original needs to be replaced . So I decided to purchase the item %26 I’m very pleased , it seems to be same original product and worked perfectly so I’m very pleased with the total experience down to the accelerated delivery time %26 the care in the delivery,

Perfect replacement for the one that came with the tv. Original remote had no options for channel selections or inputs. Great price compared to other ones out there.

Remote arrived quickly and it worked as soon as I put the batteries in it (there was no batteries included). I did not have to match it to my TV and it worded immediately. We have had no issues with any of the buttons or functions.

Thank you for sending my remote for my T V, My old one was driving me crazy trying to get it to work. The new one is great, I only have to push the button for what I want to get the TV to do. Thanks for the delivery to my home. I am very happy that Wal- mart shipped it to me.

it works. the only thing is the rolling button is not that easy to roll but it works and connects/syncs automatically

buttons dont respond easily must apply an uncomfortable amount of pressure for volume change as well as other funtions

Not received. FedEx told me they cannot deliver to my address bc gridded wrong in their system. Everything goes to a vacant house at 308 S Elm Street (not my address)

I received my universal remote today after waiting three days and it doesn't work no matter how many batteries I've changed. The batteries are good. It came without instructions so I had to go onto Google to find out how to install it and it does not work at all.
