i love force factor! i hate pills, force factor are supplements that make a difference! i have a word of warning however. if youre a diabetic these delightful chewables can raise your blood sugar.

Hopefully as good as other FF products
I haven't taken them long enough to notice a difference, but I've had luck with other Force Factor products. I was taking them before bed, but they gave me a bit of heart burn. It was recommended to start with one then build up to two, which seems like good advice. They taste a bit chalky, but tolerable. I do still have high hopes for them.
