I have been taken NMN capsules for three months now and I do have to say that I feel much better. I've noticed lately changes here in there and it really helps my whole healthy body. I'm a vegetarian. I try to take care of myself and my complexion is really beautiful and I just feel good all the way around. I've been buying these for a couple of months now and I will continue to.
