I sometimes have difficulty falling asleep so I will take a melatonin to assist me but usually a 5 mg and even though it helped I would find myself waking up four hours later so when I came across this brand and it stated 10 mg I figured I would give it a shot. First off, these gummies actually taste really good! I think they taste like candies. Secondly, they work! I don't have a lot of trouble falling asleep but have trouble staying asleep and these did the trick. I have slept well each time I took them. They do take a bit to start working which is normal for melatonin. I usually take 30 minutes before bedtime and can definitely feel the drowsiness take effect in that time.

Ive tried quiet a few sleep gummies and these are hands down the best ive tried. Most melatonin gummies leave me groggy in the mornings but these dont have any after effects at all. The flavor is not overwhelming and the size of gummies are small and perfect for adults not looking to eat so much sugar and gelatin. I love these and will repurchase for sure!

Taste good, easy to chew and it's easy to adjust your dose (such as only taking one or even half of one) depending on your needs. I would definitely recommend these as they work just as well as other sleep aids I've tried, but they have the added plus of tasting like berries. Also, it could just be me, but I found I had more vivid dreams while taking them.

There are plenty of people out there that do not like to swallow pills .

The gummies taste pretty good. How ever, they did not work for me. Others should see for themselves if they will help you sleep.
