I started taking these a few weeks just to have something else for a healthy heart besides exercise and a healthy diet. I know beets are good for you but I don't like real beets, so this is another option. The taste takes some getting use too, but overall there not bad.

Total Beets are good and I wish I could say I was still taking. I will eventually finish but I don't think I'll purchase again. I'm not use to having an odor when I urinate and I definitely experienced an unpleasant odor that I don't have now that I've discontinued.
