fatty liver
I 70 and have a fatty liver. what annoys me most is the bloated feeling I have no matter how much or how little I eat. Ive been taking thistle for1 week and already feeling the difference. May not be for everyone but it works for me. Worth giving it a try

Good product, just wasn't the right fit for me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started taking these supplements, but unfortunately, I had to stop because I began experiencing some discomfort on my right side, right under my ribs. I'm honestly not sure if it's a direct reaction to the product itself or just a personal, individual intolerance, especially since my body is still recovering after recently stopping breastfeeding. Because I can't know for sure what caused it, I'm still leaving 4 stars. However, my inner feeling is that I always need to listen to my body, and right now, it's telling me that this product isn't the right fit for me. Just wanted to share my honest experience so everyone remembers to prioritize how they feel
