This is the right item to cut pizza into pieces on. Much better than using a pizza pan or even a cutting board . I no longer make a mess on the stove when cutting the pizza. I put the peel on the counter away from the stove . So glad that I saw this online.

They arrived quickly in perfect condition. Well made with a good length on the handle. I use the large one to put my artisan breads in the oven. The paddle makes it so easy to transfer them both in and out of a hot oven without getting burned. The larger one can hold two loaves or up to 9 rolls. I use parchment paper so they slide easily. I haven't made pizza yet but can predict the same ease of use. I took pictures of both sizes sitting on my silicone sheet with measurements on it to show the difference in sizes. Hope this is helpful.

It's just too thick and heavy to hold! It is of good quality but it is not what I need in a pizza paddle. I'll be looking into a thinner aluminum one.

Just received this peel and the “decorative” design at the top is half missing. So right away I'm disappointed. I have not used it yet but it appears to be ok. Thought the wood was bamboo but it doesn't seem like it. Hope it works well. As far as being used as a serving platter with half the design it won't look as nice. Not work exchanging. I will live with it
