I was doing research on my MTHFR gene mutation and wanted to give these a try since I can't process folic acid correctly so I need this bio available form of format. I haven't been using them for very long to notice much of a difference but the 3rd day I did notice that I didn't actually fall asleep for my afternoon nap with my 2 year old, so that was amazing; definitely noticed a bit more energy and focus, could've just been in my head since it has only been a few days. But I did want to record that I got a different bottle than the one in the picture, it looks very different but it pretty much says the same things. The way the ingredients are listed are different on the back and it's worded differently so I'm not sure what that's about but figured I'd mention it since I was caught off guard when I opened the box. I'll update my review or edit it if I see any noticeable changes.

This is the first time I have received a resale item with the stickers removed. I do not trust any resold item that I will be ingesting. I have no way of knowing if the product was tampered with. I will never buy this product again if I cannot trust the integrity of the bottle I receive. I threw it in the garbage immediately and ordered from a trusted seller on a different web site. Ridiculous waste of hard earned money.
