The capsules were not difficult to swallow and benefits are awesome. I felt more energy throughout the day. I have taken chaga tea before in its raw form and it was not very good tasting. I will definitely continue to take this supplement. It's also very affordable.

I really enjoy taking this product. It's not just an antioxidant but has fiber. The fiber for me has been wonderful. It's not a harsh stimulant but very natural. I take 2 capsules(recommend 3) in the afternoon so that I'm ready to get of all matter in the morning. It's an “all clear” once I'm done.
