I like the light and fresh lemon fragrance of these. It isn't overpowering. It is just enough. The serving size is 3 capsules but they are easy to swallow. I took them for 2 weeks so far. I am going to wait another week and order another bottle. I am thinking it will take a full bottle to have a noticeable difference. The price is good and I need the calming as I have a very stressful job. I would recommend these.
