I loved these for post partum. No accidents and no leaks
Very soft. Comfortable. Good fit. Good absorbency. Good for urinary problems as well as postpartum. Would recommend.

you don't feel like you are wearing a diaper but they are super absorbant and perfect for postpartum
These worked well for the first week of heavy bleeding and for overnight, but I found them to be much too long for my needs beyond that. I can't stand feeling a pad all along my butt crack and ended up not reaching for these for that reason.
so I have read on the disposable underwear, causing rashes and irritation but at first with these pads I thought they were amazing perfect size. A few days later I thought I was getting a UTI so I go to the doctor to get checked out. It was not a UTI. My skin had contact dermatitis from these pads.
