Frigidaire EFRF1003 10.3 Cu. ft. Chest Freezer, White

It arrived very damaged. Based on my purchase and all these reviews, I don't think Fedex is an appropriate option to be delivering medium sized appliances. I would have rather picked it up from a store than have it arrive like this. Mine is working but was smashed on every side, with the right side looking like they dropped it off the back of the truck. The unit appears to be a rebranded Avanti freezer.

It was a horrible shopping online experience. The first freezer was shipped damaged. When I called customer service, they were very nice, ordered a replacement, told me to use the freezer until the new one arrived. The next day they sent FedEx to pick up the damaged one before I got my replacement. Okay… I could deal with that until the replacement came and it was damaged worse than the first one! When I called again, they told me that they would not be able to send any more replacements and told me I would be refunded. Now I missed out on sale prices from them and other competitors and they wouldn't even honor it. They gave me a 15.00 promo code for my next purchase… I'm just shaking my head…

I got my deep chest freezer broken , The driver threw it on the floor so he brook it %26 caused the oil flowing . The problem is when I returned it to fedex office they didn't take it from me lool 😂😂 ( that what was writing in the return policy …… )but Walmart took it 😌😌 two weeks passed and I still waiting for my money. Really don't recommend it .

It was damaged it looks like it was dropped. There is no number to call for damage. I went in to the store and customer service didn't know what to do.

Was delivered left in the rain, I get it out of the falling apart box and it's dented in 2 spots and leaking oil! Never plugged it in!

The freezer delivered was severely dented on the front side where the controls are. Also, the liner on the inside was broke loose on a seam.

Bought it before I sell the smaller one I have . But this Frigidaire didn't work, all POWER and RUN lights are on but not working.

Packaging looked fine but the item was damaged underneath. Did not cool at all. Ice tray was room temperature after 48 hours.

Would be a great freezer however we were charged for shipping, received freezer dented from shipping and the only option Walmart wants to offer is to send it back.

Do not buy!!! This product was delivered to me from Walmart in July 2023 dead on arrival, it did not worked from day 1. I called Walmart immediately because I bought extended warranty. I was informed to call the manufacturer Frigidaire. I called Frigidaire, and it is a scam manufacturer warranty because I have been given run around since July 2023 to January 2024, up until now, the freezer has not been repaired. This is very shameful that Walmart sent a defective product and did not self correct when I called them.
