I purchased my unit early this summer. I rate it five star. Comes with a few good features and also includes a remote. Comes complete with a window kit and easy to follow instructions. It is also 1000btu more than other makes for its price range. Highly recommend.
Perfect AC for my bedroom. I don't like that the Eco mode automatically turns on, but it's easy to push the Eco button on the remote to turn it back off.
Not only cools my bedroom but it also chills the kitchen %26 living room. Probably best window unit I've ever owned and the price is fair. Free delivery was a plus too.
Good for one room...small and quiet once room cools down. Supposed to be 6000btu but would buy bigger. Have a larger GE unit that is going out that cools the room in half the time it takes this one. Weather stripping was inadequate and started peeling off the second day. Air gaps everywhere. Get some spray foam or caulk. Easy one person installation.
the unit we received was obviously used. It still worked so we kept it because it was too hot to wait for another a/c unit.
Damaged and took forever to credit my account. This window unit had been delivered to many people.
The product rewrapping was terrible. You can tell that this was opened, returned and re-wrapped and sold again. The box is falling apart. There is two dents on the item. We are about to go through a heat wave. So I will not be returning this. I will just cross my fingers and hope and pray that it works.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY It takes real talent to be this bad. If there was one area where they excel, it would be that: they're really good at being really bad. From total lack of communication to slyly closing the return window 2 (!) days after the item's arrival, this company really has it all. Stay away.
Purchased air conditioner on July 4 2022. After unboxing I noticed the Production date is 12/2018. Not happy purchasing and air conditioner that is 3 1/2 years old.
I received a Frigidaire as window unit it has not worked since I got it.i am very dissatisfied to have to call the manufacturer numerous times and Walmart for a return shipping label for almost 2 months
