mix with water and let set... you have a hot or cold soup and you can eat/drink with any mix of herbs/spice that strikes your fancy...mix with veggies broth, in a large mug, cover, set it on your coffee warmer and you have a nutritional food without any fuss. find yourself eating better...
This blend is easy to prepare and tastes great. The uses are varied and add flavor to soups, stews, pasta etc. Storage is easy in containers (I use guart mason jars). The variety of vegetables in the mix has something for every taste.
Well here it is, the package was in good shape when it arrived. The vegetables were tasty and after rehydrating in warm water. The vegetables looked great, a bit small cut, but, sometimes you want the small cut about 1/4 inch or so. You can taste all the vegetables in the soup. I added some Knorr chicken bullion and protein (shredded chicken). and a biscuit, salt and pepper to taste. Lots of different vegetables (see pictures on package). Wife enjoyed it and that says it all on this cold day.
I think this is a great choice for freeze dried veggies. I used this in brown rice, and it tastes wonderful.
This product was the little addition my soups were missing. The carrots and onions along with all the other veggies rehydrated nicely. No crunchy bits. I loved it so much in my soups, I added the veggies to some sour cream for a new dip.
In these times I eat once every day, add my soup, dried vegetables. Save money and eat well.
I had no idea what to expect with this product. First time used did not go well for me. That was not this products failure. The fault was the cook. The cook will try again, and hopefully have a better outcome.
the item is probably fine, but the delivery instructions were NOT apparently read - or understood. The instructions stated to place the delivery inside the front porch, near the front door .... not piled outside the garage door. There is a difference!! And not doing as asked is the cause for the low rating.
I want a refund! The price. Was exorbitant for scraps of old food you should have composted! I would like to try a different Brand, like Whole Foods has in their stores, sliced, not chopped, ancient scraps…
this is the worst tasting item i have ever had in my entire life. plus it was expensive. i purchase ramen soup with dehydrated veggies and they are tons better then from this company. i dont know how they can sell this product?
